Based at our modern Hendra showroom and warehouse, we are seeking an administration assistant with retail customer service experience to join our team.
- Reception
- Retail Customer Service
- General Administration Duties
- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry / Stock Control System
- Upkeep of records
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Support to manager
- Support to sales staff
- Preparation of sales quotes
- Hands on approach to all areas of the business
- Retail & Administration customer service experience
- Clear communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Professional telephone manner
- Positive attitude
- Be able to work unsupervised
This role is Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm but will consider part time days & different hours to suit & find the right person.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $26.50 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 38 per week
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- HENDRA, QLD 4011 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- HENDRA, QLD 4011: Relocate before starting work (required)
