We have an exciting opportunity in the Customer Engagement and Service Transitions (CEST) team for a CRM Capability Program Manager.
Reporting into the Program Director, Customer Centricity you will be part of the team responsible for supporting eHealth NSW to achieve its vision for a digitally enabled and integrated health system delivering patient-centred experiences and quality outcomes.
The directorate partners with NSW Health organisations to ensure that the ICT services delivered are of a high standard, fit for purpose and that resources are optimised for success.
The implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capability will provide eHealth NSW with a suitable engagement framework, associated roles, responsibilities and support digital capabilities to uplift the customer experience.
The key outcomes of developing and implementing a CRM capability will also support the organisation in achieving its future state vision of 'One eHealth'.
The CRM Capabilities program has funding approved for FY2024 and is now progressing contracting arrangements with the CRM implementation service providers.
What you will do
As an integral member of the Customer Engagement and Service Transitions (CEST) team, you will:
- Put the customer at the centre of everything we do to improve customer and business outcomes. The delivery of a set of CRM capabilities is one of the core 2023 initiatives under the customer experience stream of work. It is considered essential to enable eHealth NSW to deliver on its statement of service.
- You will have responsibility for the effective end to end program management, including scope, schedule, governance, budget, resources, requirements, design, system integration and communications to launch new eHealth NSW CRM Capabilities in FY202
- Lead, motivate and manage internal and external project team/s to successfully deliver all key milestones and outcomes of the CRM Capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, and external vendors, to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to successfully drive the implementation from initiation to completion.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure project success
About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and industry best practices, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 36
- Proven experience in leading significant business transformation in corporate office or shared services functions.
- Extensive experience and a proven record of achievement in Program Management, in a large complex organisation delivering large information system projects.
