Our portfolio of Customers includes many of Australia's leading Retailers and Builders.

We are looking for an experienced Installation Coordinator/Scheduler to join our Team in Arundel QLD 4214.

You will be responsible for the scheduling of our Installation and Measuring Technicians, Estimating and progress of jobs and the communication with our customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

Management and Scheduling of Installation and Measuring workloads.
Communicating with Sales Team that orders are complete and ready to hand over to Manufacturing Department.
Working with Manufacturing Department to ensure customer schedules are met.
Working with Customers to ensure job progress is communicated and customer expectations are managed.
Effectively communicating and maintaining the professional link between Dimension Stone and customer to ensure feedback and resolution.
Review, approve and enter invoices and bills into the accounting system.
Providing Support to Installers and Measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

A strong attention to detail
Experience in Job Management and working within the Construction or Building Industry.
Excellent communication and negotiating and problem solving skills
Highly organized ability to multitask and deal with a variety of activities.
Intermediate Microsoft WORD EXCEL and OUTLOOK computer skills and advantage
