We're hiring for an award-winning Ecommerce Agency, to hire a proficient Account Manager, who has exposure to large Ecommerce website projects, and is keen to get stuck in with a variety of exciting and large clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Orchestrating a dynamic array of client retainers to propel growth for their online stores.
  • Assuming accountability for all client activities, encompassing scopes, tasks, bugs, and projects.
  • Skillfully defining client objectives and collaboratively overseeing task execution within your team.
  • Displaying inventive problemsolving skills, thinking beyond conventional boundaries, and challenging established norms.
  • Cultivating enduring client relationships, perpetually augmenting value to catalyze retention.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive client roadmap, unveiling opportunities for innovation, rectifying business inefficiencies, and contributing to overall success.
  • Guiding junior team members as a mentor, aiding in the attainment of their KPIs while drawing upon your seasoned expertise to shape their career trajectories.

Your Profile:


  • Possess a commendable track record of over three years in a parallel account management role in the digital arena.
  • Command experience with at least one of the following: Shopify Plus, Magento / Adobe, BigCommerce, or commercetools.
  • Exhibit the proficiency to decipher intricate requisites into lucid outcomes.
  • Demonstrate competence in navigating systems akin to Jira, Slack, and Zendesk (desired)
  • Foster robust interpersonal bonds, exemplify adept communication, and relish the camaraderie of a youthful and enthusiastic team.
