With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a 2IC (Second in Charge) with demonstrated administration experience, ideally within a healthcare environment, you will join the Darwin CBD Clinic, NT, on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38 hours per week. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands. You will be responsible for leading, managing and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations of the clinic, particularly in the absence of the Practice Manager.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
You will have relevant experience in supervising staff, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Clarity / Best Practice software will be highly regarded.
