The Role:

Monday

Friday this is your chance to join a strong Property Management division that works together to achieve the best results.

-
Mostly in-office duties, with an Assistant PM supporting you:

liaising with Landlords & Tenants
Arrears Management
Conducting Entry, Exit, and Routine Inspections
General Reporting and Administration duties
Carry out regular Rent and Lease Reviews
Tribunals/ QCAT
Admin support
The most uptodate software and training available

You will have 2+ years of experience in Property Management
A current Certificate of Registration
Corporate presentation and professional manner
Valid driver's license
A passion for Real Estate
