Due to growth and demand our Client is looking to hire an Energetic, Versatile and Enthusiastic Receptionist/ Administration Assistant.
Based in the Logan area, your familiarity with an office environment and your strong drive for success and client relations will integrate well with our clients' core values.
About the role:
- Maintain the reception desk answering all incoming calls & greeting customers.
- Provide direction to branch customers
- Attend meetings with Branch and Senior Management
- Assist branch staff with fax, scan and copy duties as required
- Assist with branch marketing administration
- Strong professional and approachable manner
- Minimum 1 years' experience in reception, admin or office environment
- Intermediate/Advanced Computer Skills & Knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Reliable, with a strong focus on client relations
- Presentable and tidy
- High level attention to detail
- Available for an immediate interview
