- Collaborate with the PM to drive practice growth, by assisting with local area marketing.
- Manage daily tasks such as recalls, confirmations, online bookings, and treatment follow-ups.
- Deliver exceptional patient care, with a focus on new and existing patients.
- Undertake practice administration activities and maintain high standards.
- Be flexible to work on reception or in surgery as needed to support practice operations.
- Participate in WH&S audits and implement recommended improvements within specified timelines.
- Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. Ideally you are available on Wednesday & Saturday - all other hours are negotiable, up to 38 hours per week.
As our Clinical Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Practice Manager to coordinate and manage the financial and operational aspects of the practice, with a strong focus on enhancing the patient experience and driving practice initiatives.
