    About the Opportunity:

    Are you a Registered Nurse with an interest in quality improvement?

    St Vincent's Care Services Bardon is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (Quality and Education Co-ordinator) to join our dynamic team and supportive team. This role has a strong focus on continuing quality improvement activities as well as assisting in providing direct patient contact when required.     Things that work for us:

    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
    • A minimum of four years previous experience in aged care setting
    • Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
    • A good understanding of the new Aged Care Standards
    • A strong understanding of Nursing and Care practices and current Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
    • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members;
    • Ability to work flexibly within the business;
