Structured team environment

Responsibilities:

Be able to use: guillotine and press break machines
Set up machines for production cycles, including calibration and cleaning.
Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed, product variation for optimal performance.
Feed raw materials or parts into semiautomated machines.
Inspect parts with precision using measuring tools.
Periodically test machine operations.
Troubleshoot and address issues during the shift and report to supervisor.
Check output for machinerelated mistakes or flaws.
Maintain records of approved and defective units or final products.
Keep detailed activity logs.

- when not machine operating, miscellaneous entry level welding work required, and training provided.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a machine operator in the engineering industry.
Welding background would be desirable.
Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools
Understanding of production procedures.
Adherence to health and safety regulations, including constant use of protective gear.
Ability to follow direction of the supervisor.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
