The position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Facilities Officer to join our Shared Services team.

The primary function of this role is to support the Executive Shared Services with day-to-day facilities tasks including; general office maintenance (for our 12 offices), security, asset management and vehicle management.

You will also provide backup support to our receptionist.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Maintain assets, facilities, properties and equipment including retaining an accurate asset register
  • Management of all premises security related needs, including keys/fobs, alarm codes and ongoing engagement with relevant contractors
  • Manage mobile phone fleet and maintain up to date records
  • Coordinate work health and safety initiatives with relevant emergency roles at each sites, including the completion of fire drills and WHS hazard checklist. Including providing monthly facilities and health & safety inductions to new team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration or a relevant discipline or substantial demonstrated relevant experience
  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia will be required
