_Hotel Snapshot _

The Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney is a Heritage Listed 364 room, fivestar classic hotel with dynamic conference spaces and food & beverage outlets located between Sydney's best shopping district, the central business district and Sydney Opera House. _

_The Role _

As Storeperson, you will be responsible for implementing all operating and control policies and procedures with respect to food, beverage and general supplies for the Hotel. To ensure all stock is purchased in accordance with Hotel policy. _
In addition, your daytoday will look like the following: _

- _To ensure all stock is purchased in accordance with Hotel policy. _
- _Place daily purchasing of food, beverage and general supplies when required, from market lists and requisitions _
- _Maintain stock levels in relation to business demand _
- _Ensure all stock is stored or delivered in a timely and efficient manner _
- _Oversee the monthly stock-take process _
- _Ensure all invoices are processed on a daily basis _

_About You _

Your are detailorientated, meticulous and can work in a busy environment. Previous experience in a hotel environment will be highly regarded. You must be a team player and clear communicator. _
