Based only minutes away from Geelong's city centre with the Great Ocean Road at your doorstep, our client is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead, develop and enhance the supportive care team of one of Victoria's top-end Aged Care facilities.

The Role

Provide clinical guidance and leadership to care staff
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a large team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers and support staff
Work closely with the facility manager in developing and managing the overall facilities performance
Nurturing positive relationships with nursing and care staff whilst engaging with our residents in a meaningful way

Requirements/Skills

Current AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Minimum 5 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
Registered Nursing qualification
