About the Role
This is a senior position assisting to deliver the transition to Pathway UX project.

This lead role is primarily responsible for coordinating the design, development, delivery and monitoring of training requirements for the project, but will also assist to develop corporate communications for the project.

About you

To be successful in this role

Diploma or tertiary qualification in Teaching, Learning and Development, or Organisational Development or similar, and/or extensive experience managing and delivering an intensive training program, which enables the incumbent to perform all duties of the position.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs to end users, through various delivery methods.
Experience in developing communication strategies and project key messages.
A current 'C' Class Driver's License.
