About the Role
NightOwl requires an experienced Digital Marketer to join our fantastic team of happy, creative and skilled marketing individuals.

Working predominantly on the NightOwl brand, but also on other sectors under the "Think Convenience Pty Ltd" umbrella, this Digital Marketing position primarily requires strong experience in SEM and SMM digital advertising for lead generation and brand campaign awareness.

However, regular tasks will include lead generation campaigns, brand campaigns, uploading digital graphical content, social media, website updates and reporting.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the planning, production and delivery of
    digital advertising campaigns including SEM, SMM,
  • Manage SEO, EDMs & Website optimization
  • Craft effective and engaging digital communication for varied audiences across multiple channels including search, display and paid/organic social media, website copy, and campaign copy
  • Support the Commercial sales team to nurture leads and develop outreach that helps them through the sales process.
  • Assist where needed to manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including responsibility for content calendar, preparing and posting content, managing engagement with followers, reporting on social channel performance
  • General website content maintenance and reporting, and development of landing pages for campaigns.
  • Proactively manage website activity insights and advise on improvements and refinements
  • Manage dashboard of marketing activity metrics, preparing reports for the Marketing Manager
  • Keep updated with emerging digital and social media trends and ensure all marketing activities are in alignment with best practice

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Must have some experience in website design and creation, specifically with Wordpress.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (communications, marketing, business, new media, public relations or other relevant field)
  • Experience managing social media channels, including analysing audience behaviour and using insights to inform decisions
  • A creative eye with an ability to plan and produce novel, engaging and relevant digital content
  • Understanding of digital channel growth strategies
  • Strong attention to detail both visually and with copy
  • Selfmotivated with an ability to work as part of a team, and to work autonomously, very important.
  • Organised and able to work on and deliver concurrent projects within tight deadlines
  • Skills with MS Office suite (including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint), marketing platforms, CRM
  • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign are used in the team, you will need a basic understanding.
  • An interest in app and app design will be well regarded, though not necessary.
