- Key matters will involve significant corporate litigation and other regulatory investigations and prosecutions undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.
- Engage in briefing counsel, drafting correspondence, preparing advices, preparing evidence and assisting with proceedings.
- Quality post qualification experience from a reputable disputes practice.
- Commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience.
- Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation and strong academic results.
- An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building effective relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a drive to engage with clients and Counsel directly.
- Be a key contributor to a broad range of litigation matters, often high-profile.
- Be a valued member of the practice and develop your technical legal skills under the guidance of leading litigation Partners, Special Counsel and Senior Associates.
- Be encouraged to mentor junior lawyers and build your people leadership capabilities.
- Be supported to expand your network and client connections in market, unpinning your growth and progression in the practice.
