Total Remuneration Package $111, Package includes base salary of $91,272 - $98,291 p.a plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role


The Team Leader - Disability and Access, is responsible for guiding, coordinating and implementing sound administration and work management systems to support effective and efficient services delivery across the state-wide network.


About You


You are a highly organised individual and have excellent time management skills and can manage complex situations in a calm and supportive manner.

You also have a high-level ability to lead a team in daily operations whilst also supporting your team member's wellbeing.


Essential Requirements

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in supervising and developing team/s providing high quality customer services and administrative support in a highly regulated, and high-volume education/training context.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, coordinating and allocating a pool of resources in the delivery of business support activity.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining administration systems and supporting staff to adopt new practices and procedures.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm in high pressure situations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
