About The Role
We are excited to offer Behaviour Support Consultant positions within the PoVA Team at NaMES.


In these newly created Clinical Leadership positions, the PoVA Behaviour Support Consultant will provide leadership, education and support to Monash Health services by improving capacity to predict, prevent and respond to aggression and the behaviours that may lead to aggression.

The program aims to improve safety for employees, consumers and visitors, and minimise risks related to behaviours of concern and aggression.

There are full or part-time opportunities available with flexibility for shifts and weekends.

What You Need:


  • Relevant Qualification and postgraduate qualification (aligned to position description)
  • Demonstrated experience (in areas such as mental health, emergency or behavioural management, complex clinical conditions)
  • Current registration or endorsement for your discipline (e.g. AHPRA, AASW)
  • A relevant qualification in training or education would be well regarded
  • Australian working rights
