About the role


Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Codan Group, this newly established role will entail providing Human Resources activities across the entire employee life cycle for the Tactical Communications business unit situated in Australia and the UAE.

In addition, this role will support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in delivering timely and positive outcomes to the greater business.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting senior managers and stakeholders in discussing organisational change, providing advice on risk, obligations, and benefits
  • Identifying training programs that support building the capability of managers and employees
  • Providing timely, confidential, and accurate advice and support to managers and employees on general HRrelated matters.
  • Providing support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist for administrative recruitment activities, primarily to support the Australianbased Codan Group recruitment requirements
  • Participating in Codan Group activities, including annual salary review campaigns, performance review processes, and succession planning for the Tactical Communications Business Unit

About You


To be successful in this position you will possess high level communication skills and the attributes to cultivate and expand stakeholder relationships and drive favourable business results, while working independently and having flexibility within you normal working hours.

Tertiary qualification in HR, although not mandatory, would be highly beneficial.
