The Creative Programs Lead is a newly created position to assist in the development of a new arts and cultural offering and portfolio.

About the Position

Sitting within the Events and Cultural team, the Creative Programs Lead will curate, develop and implement a creative arts and cultural program across the City of Cockburn that provides inclusive experiences to create a sense of place and enrich our community.

About You
We look forward to welcoming a Creative Programs Lead who:

Has experience in delivering large and small scale events and activations with an arts and culture focus,
Has knowledge of current trends and best practice in arts and culture event curation, programming and delivery,
Thrives in a team environment where you also work autonomously,
Can manage a highvolume, diverse workload and competing priorities,
Is a natural communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, and
Is able to comply with policies, procedures and regulations, and financial management requirements.

Salary:
$82,721 - $87,753 per annum, depending on qualifications and Experience.
