The Creative Programs Lead is a newly created position to assist in the development of a new arts and cultural offering and portfolio.


About the Position


Sitting within the Events and Cultural team, the Creative Programs Lead will curate, develop and implement a creative arts and cultural program across the City of Cockburn that provides inclusive experiences to create a sense of place and enrich our community.


About You
We look forward to welcoming a Creative Programs Lead who:

  • Has experience in delivering large and small scale events and activations with an arts and culture focus,
  • Has knowledge of current trends and best practice in arts and culture event curation, programming and delivery,
  • Thrives in a team environment where you also work autonomously,
  • Can manage a highvolume, diverse workload and competing priorities,
  • Is a natural communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, and
  • Is able to comply with policies, procedures and regulations, and financial management requirements.

Salary:
$82,721 - $87,753 per annum, depending on qualifications and Experience.
