We have a new opportunity available to join our Human Resources team based at our Maryvale Paper Mill.


As our HR Administrator you will play a pivotal role in providing a range of generalist HR activities to all employees, utilising your HRIS skills and professional knowledge across a broad scope of services.


This role requires knowledge of legislation, Enterprise Agreement interpretation, HR policies, the importance of appropriate management and reporting of people data, combined with a strong customer centric and service deliver focus.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • To deliver an effective human resources (HR) service, consistent with corporate policies, that supports business units in achieving their goals.
  • To deliver Opals' recruitment requirements, adhering to high quality, consistent and effective recruitment processes, ensuring Opal attracts, secures and retains appropriate human resources to fill vacancies across the business.
  • To provide an extensive range of administration and coordination services.
  • To support the site HR function with the delivery of administrative support.
  • Promote and maintain safe working practices that contribute to an accident and injury free working environment.
