The role
This role requires impeccable customer service

  • Please note: Our loans department work 2 weekend shifts per month on a rotating roster._

IPF Digital take a hybrid approach to working and have a split between the office (located in Redfern) and a home work environment.

Requirements:


Here's what experience we need from you:

  • Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience in any industry
  • Strong problem solving and decisionmaking skills
  • Keen eye for attention to detail
  • A numbers wizz/analytical skills
  • Experience using computer systems
