About the Company:
Stellar Recruitment has an exciting opportunity with multiple clients to source experienced payroll officers, multiple roles including advisor roles available
Key Duties:
- Endtoendnd payroll function
- Support the endtoend payroll function
- Analyse payroll data including wages, salaries, and bonuses
- Support the Payroll Team Leader in documenting processes
- Perform payroll maintenance and ensure data is accurate
- Ensure employee files are up to date
- File employee/ payroll documentation electronically
- Perform duties as required e.g. Assist with super, wage garnishment
Experience needed:
To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated and able to work efficiently and collaboratively with:
- Previous payroll experience (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure & take initiative
- Endtoend payroll experience
