Your Role :

We are currently seeking an industry experienced team player to join our Melbourne team in a permanent full-time position of Sea Logistics Operational Care Supervisor, Revenue Care.

Your Responsibilities:

To lead people across multiple states/locations
To ensure customer satisfaction for the distribution of invoices
To complete the daily processing of all Sea Logistics invoicing, Forwarding Sub Ledger (FSL) and other accounting requirements
To ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing and gross profit confirmation
To ensure all clients are invoiced in accordance with agreed rate registers and within agreed KPI's
To ensure the timely closing of FSL for all files and working with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Your Skills and Experiences:

Additionally, you will have:

High level of experience with Microsoft Excel
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to identify key issues and resolve accordingly
