Our client currently have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to help manage the efficient running of their office.

With full on-site training and immediate start, we are looking for an energetic, articulate, and motivated person who thrives on showing initiative to join their team.

The position of Administration Officer is responsible for the consistent development, execution and continuous improvement of all company related integrated business management system processes and procedures.

This is a full-time position Mon - Fri 8 am - 4 pm (no weekends) Temp - 6 weeks. Office located in West Perth.

  • Front desk/reception support including answering and directing calls
  • Assisting with all general administrative functions including ensuring a tidy office and kitchen, procurement of general supplies and building maintenance requirements
  • Assisting with asset management including arranging servicing and calibration of equipment
  • Providing support to site technicians with equipment needs and maintenance
  • Managing the Company and Business Services inbox and dealing with enquiries
  • Maintaining internal registers
  • Scheduling respiratory mask fitting appointments
  • Arranging couriers and freight
  • Coordinating company events
  • Supporting the Accounts team with invoicing activities
  • Assisting the HR team with onboarding/off boarding duties
  • Providing other administration support as required

Requirements:


  • A highly motivated selfstarter, with loads of initiative and a positive attitude
years experience in a similar role

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A commitment to quality and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across several areas while still maintaining attention to detail
  • Xero experience desirable
