About the Role

The firm are seeking a motivated and proactive P&D Advisor. This is a standalone role in Sydney however you will be a part of the national HR function.


You will be responsible for:

Providing HR advice and support to all staff;
Assist with the development and implementation of HR procedures and policies;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process; and

Collaborate with the national HR team.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:
Prior experience in an Advisor role or as an experienced Coordinator looking to step up, prior legal experience highly desirable;
Ability to consult and influence senior stakeholders; and

Be a hands-on, strategic thinker.
