Come join the MAX Team and help change our customers lives for the better
In this role you will be responsible for providing workplace support to our customers with disability. You will also be working with employers, finding flexible and innovative solutions while providing ongoing employment support.
This role will require you to be onsite, shadowing our placed candidates and helping them to problem solve, on-the-job This will mean travel to different sites and time out of the office. You will need to be self-driven and confident to problem solve and negotiate with business representatives, ensuring positive outcomes for all. You will also identify new opportunites for future candidates to undertake.
