We are recruiting a team of Rockstar Baristas working at Salesforce in their brand-new office tower at Circular Quay.

You will be working as part of a best-in-class Barista team delivering outstanding coffee experiences to Salesforce staff and guests to power them through their day.

Our mission is to deliver the highest level of Specialty Coffee service, including every type of coffee you could think of, using the very latest equipment and technology available.

We are recruiting the best Baristas in the business to work in one of two barista bars with the most spectacular views overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and informing guests, answering questions, and accepting orders.

Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.

Grinding and adjusting coffee, texturing milk, brewing tea, and serving items.

Learning about brewing methods, food preparation, and presentation techniques.

Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Updating signage and displays.

Adhering to food safety regulations and security protocols.

Moving supplies and equipment as needed.

Educating customers about coffee and tea blends, brewing methods, and seasonal beverages.

Qualifications:

Barista course completion or equivalent training.

Experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.

Exceptional communication and listening skills.

Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.

Availability for varied shifts and events.

Engaging personality with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and take direction from management.
