We have a new opportunity for an engaging and proactive HR Business Partner to join our HR team where you will support our Finance portfolio globally.


As HR Business Partner you will partner with senior managers & their frontline leadership teams, across various countries and regions, on HR related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.

You will provide coaching, guidance, and advice to people leaders and employees on people management, talent management, performance management, development, retention, succession & pipelining, and related HR policies.


Your job is crucial in assuring the Global Finance community are managed well organized, equipped with the right talents with the right capabilities who work together in a right culture, and led by a highly capable leadership team.


To ensure your success you will possess:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior HR Advisory/HR Business Partner, with broad knowledge across contemporary HR principles & practices.
  • Worked in multi-cultural environments that value excellence and drove high standards while taking a practical yet creative approach towards human capital management.
  • Ability to link business needs to data, analytics and initiatives
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and building trusted relationships.
  • Ability to coach and guide senior leaders and employees on people and culture related matters depending on situations-
  • Proven capability in managing grievances and investigations end to end with strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Capacity to work well under pressure with competing priorities and time constraints.
