About the Role


We are looking for an executive to cultivate the strategic development and delivery of audience insights and analytics across the breadth of our client's content - screen and audio, to help shape and influence their content and product offering.

This key role includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing business partners with informed, well-articulated and actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Managing projects to ensure they are of business value.
  • In collaboration with colleagues, develop, implement and review prioritisation frameworks across Insights and Analytics to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide significant leadership and development opportunities for direct reports, creating shared understanding and purpose and a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
About You


You have relevant degree/masters and extensive experience in data analytics and insights in the media industry, specifically in digital and social analytics along with an astute ability to assess business needs and requirements then determine resources to deliver project expectations.


You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Sophisticated communication and influencing skills with significant experience consulting and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in utilising Media industry measurement tools
  • IPSOS, GfK and OzTAM to support insights development
  • Wellhoned experience leading a team and fostering professional and personal development.
  • Significant experience cultivating change that has a lasting impact.
  • Experience in a large complex customer/ audience focussed organisation is desirable.
