Piccolo Me is expanding and entering into a new trajectory. With our cafes being extremely busy, we are looking for more people to join our caffeinated family

We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Sandwich Hand on a casual basis to join our team at Wollongong (Innovation Central Wollongong)

Role and Responsibility:

Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to a high standard
Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to multitask
Experience in a fast and busy environment
Full working rights in Australia
Must be available weekends Fri and Sat from 4pm

Desirable:

Be a team player and a good communicator
Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
