Our client is a public research university based in Melbourne.

About the role
You will join a team of 5 within a fast-paced payroll environment.

The role is mainly administration focused and is seeking an individual with previous experience in administration, payroll, or who has worked in the university sector.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within the payroll team.
  • Processing and updating of employee tickets into SAP Success Factors. This can include for example processing employee changes in terms of remuneration, incumbents, and role titles.
  • Work across three systems; SAP, Workforce and Success Factors.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous Administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of WorkForce, SuccessFactors and SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt in fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Current working with children's check and police check required.
