Some of your responsibilities will include: - Being the liaison between stakeholders and the B2B Solutions team to assist in the management of the use of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. Maintaining a close relationship with key TMR finance, procurement, technical and other stakeholders. Providing strategic advice and proactive guidance to stakeholders on the SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass platforms and their use. Identifying and resolving stakeholder issues with the SAP Ariba and Fieldglass platforms and TMR process and procedures
Mandatory qualifications and conditions

Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.

Requirements of the role

Strong interpersonal skills, experience building positive relationships with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and diplomatically. Experience in identifying stakeholder needs and expectations, creating plans to meet those needs, and measuring the effectiveness of engagement efforts. Demonstrated project management and organisational skills necessary to plan, execute, and track progress on various stakeholderrelated projects. Demonstrated skills to manage conflicts and find solutions that satisfy both parties. Strong problemsolving abilities to address challenges and remove barriers to drive effective stakeholder engagement. Previous experience with SAP Ariba or SAP Fieldglass is advantageous. Previous experience in a finance or procurement role is advantageous.
