The Opportunity

We're looking for a deeply curious and passionate
F&B Reservations Agent to springboard their career in the Food & Beverage industry.

Answer phones, take dining reservations and enter diner information into reservation systems. Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our guests is provided.

Profile

Exposure and experience working in a similar role
Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you are conveying important messages to guests and team members
High attention to detail
Exceptional at administrative duties and data entry
Ability to work autonomously, however comfortable reaching out for support when needed
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Collaborative, positive outlook and flexible approach to your work
Full working rights in Australia
Willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
