A great, new opportunity has been created at Goodstart for a Property PMO Analyst to join the Property Team.

The Property PMO performs a critical assurance role in the Property function by ensuring that accurate, timely and reliable data is available to provide transparency and support effective decision-making.

The PMO Analyst assists in gathering and analysing that data, including project performance metrics and reporting, program budget management and contributing program outcomes data into the Network Plan.

The PMO also collaborates with the Network Planning team on activities includiing portfolio prioritisation, scenerio anaysis and post implementation reviews.

The role is based at our recently renovated Head Office in Murarrie, Brisbane, however we support a hybrid work from home arrangement upon completion of training.

Your Impact


Partner with the Network Planning Analyst to support the optimisation of the Property Network Plan (portfolio view) by contributing information about program progress an outcome.

Provide support for the program management teams for the project and program frameworks, including tools and processes.
Capture project and program metrics, drafting program reports for portfolio and executive reporting.
Maintain the established program baselines, utilising the PMO framework to capture and track project variations and program contingencies.
Support program planning and project estimation with appropriate modelling expertise, tools support and analysis.
Support P30 financial activities such as project forecasting, program budget management and portfolio scenario analysis.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders to support the exchange of key project and program information.


To be successful in the role you will have:
Gained 2 years plus experience in a project portfolio / program office within a large organisation.
Demonstrated experience of critical analysis in a project environment and ability to collaborate within a close-knit team.
Possess excellent Microsoft Excel skills as well as being a confident communicator.
Previous experience with Power BI or other reporting / consolidation toolsets is an advantage.
