The Role

Responsible for the delivery of the Product Harmonisation strategy for key Portfolios (BOQ and Card Services) in support of the Senior Commercial Manager, as well as managing effective working relationships with both internal and Partner Stakeholders throughout this project and in support of the whole team.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in the execution of strategies to rationalise the existing partnership portfolios.
Vendor management and briefing for plastics, collateral, mail house orders and creative agencies
Manage and coordinate changes to digital assets hosted by both NAB and the partner (including SNOW process)
Support and execution of partnership communications working closely with Senior Commercial Manager from internal setups and approvals to execution and fulfilment of programs (DM, CA/AB processes, Salesforce).
Supporting the delivery of relevant servicing communications to customers.
Performing business testing to assess impact and feasibility of Product.
Working with different stakeholders such as DM and Vendor to support implementation of Product strategy
Translating business requirements into technical information for Tech and Data team's understanding
Translating technical information to business concepts
Supporting team to perform issue investigation that requires analysis of system behaviour and validating system parameter setup
Identifying and reporting gaps between system parameter setup and business
Participating in technology projects for small product enhancements and minor customizations
Support the team by performing issue investigation that requires analysis of system behaviour and validating system parameter setup
Support the BAU management of the Partners Portfolio prior and during the Transition to USL

What you will bring:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Financial Services role
Good understanding of Citi Systems
Positive attitude and strong motivation for continuous learning and development
Superior interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure, in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Positive and results oriented attitude
