Activa Communications provides innovative and tailored communications solutions to business customers.

Based in NSW for the last twenty years, we are expanding and establishing a presence in Tasmania to consolidate our administrative functions nationally.


The role entails the coordination and administration of the services that we arrange and bill customers for, assisting both customers and our resellers.

The key functions that you will need to perform are:

  • Maintaining our billing system by adding, updating and removing services as changes are made.
  • Generating secure forms for customers to place orders and update payment details.
  • Assisting resellers by placing orders with our wholesale suppliers and keeping our resellers informed as they progress.
  • Coordinating onsite appointments when new services need to be connected by communicating with resellers and customers.


Initially the role will entail consolidating functions currently performed by multiple staff that together is less than a full-time workload, but as part of our expansion plans there is the potential for the role to include our reseller program and involvement in new products and services we are launching this year.


A competitive salary package based on skills, ability and experience is on offer, and we are open to flexible work hours and limited hybrid work arrangements.

The role may suit someone returning to the work force and seeking a school - hours only arrangement.


Salary:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
