We currently have an opportunity for an Associate to join our Group Governance team. As an Associate, you will provide effective compliance services to Group Governance.

The role works closely with the Compliance Manager, Governance and the broader Governance team to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance risk management.

These services support risk decisioning by the business and minimise the risk of non-compliance with the raft of laws and regulations governing the Group, specifically Group Governance.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Undertake business compliance activities
  • Provide internal governance/compliance advisory services
  • Undertake compliance activities to comply with Group's Continuous Disclosure obligations, both ASX and Corporations Act (i.e. changes to capital, equity allocation, substantial shareholding disclosures)
  • Administer the Group's Global entity system (Diligent)
  • Proactive management of key governance risks; perform control assessments; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
  • Contribution towards the enhancement of Group Governance internal reputation and branding

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Integrity.
  • Law, Commerce or Business Degree preferred.
