Pay range:
$43.82 p/h ex super

About the role:

The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

The Project Support Officer may have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

Duties

Undertake project activities including related administrative tasks and functions.
Manage, collate, interpret and analyse data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
Assist with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
Build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
Assist and support regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.

Required experience/skills

Good understanding and experience using variety of systems/ digital platforms.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently and in virtual team environment.

Desirable experience/skills

Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders (from team).
Data entry experience.
