About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity is available to drive National 360's operations in Victoria and Tasmania. We are looking for a dynamic business leader to oversee, lead and manage operations within both states.

Providing leadership and management to a growing multidisciplinary team across 12 locations
Monitoring, managing, and leading the performance of VIC & TAS team members
Accountability for the ongoing development, growth, and implementation of the VIC / TAS business plan
Working closely with the National Leadership Team to ensure services in VIC & TAS align with the strategic growth and quality outcomes for the organisation
Accurately forecast VIC & TASbased recruitment needs to the People & Culture Team and participate in the recruitment of new team members as required
Driving business development and growth in key areas, with the support of our Marketing team
Identifying the training and support needs of VIC & TAS teams
Maintaining a positive and supportive team culture across all sites

Selection Criteria

Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health and/or Business (preferred)
Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed hybrid working teams
Willingness to travel to metro and regional sites
A passion for developing longterm, meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Highly refined communication skills
Strong mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
NDIS worker screening clearance and WWCC (or willingness to apply)
