We are currently seeking an E
xperienced Receptionist/Practice Manager to join our team.

The successful applicant will work in a busy and professional team environment with a group of medical practitioners and reception staff, dedicated to providing excellence in health and wellness services to the community.

Reliability and flexibility are key to this role.

The successful applicant will be consistently well presented, an excellent communicator and will show dedication and enthusiasm towards the role.

Attention to detail and assisting the practitioners with all aspects of the business management is a priority.


The successful applicant must have:

  • Ideally, minimum 2 years Practice Management experience in managing a medical specialist practice.
  • Experience in managing a small team, including staff leave, rosters, and adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Financial experience to be able to manage daily payment reconciliations, weekly cash summary, reception timesheets, and practitioner invoices.
  • A commitment to quality, risk management and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Experience with medical software programs, particularly Cliniko.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, providing a seamless experience for the client at all times.

Monday - Friday, casual hours will vary between 8am - 6pm.
