A leading Australian Insurance company is searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale Data migration project.

Reporting to the Manager of Data Products, this position's purpose is to bring together end-to-end product delivery teams, working as an Agile SME to prioritise workload within the team and ensure timely delivery.


Your new role

As Scrum Master you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting and driving the roadmap for features to be delivered by the team in alignment with the product vision
  • Organising and facilitating Agile ceremonies (i.e. Sprints, Retrospectives, Showcases etc)
  • Facilitating the Product and Development Lifecycle, driving User Story mapping.
  • Coaching the wider team on the product and Agile mindset and practices.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to possess the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master/DevOps Delivery Lead
  • Experience in environments using scaled Agile frameworks
  • Background in using data & analytics and Project Management technologies
  • Bonus: Data Development background, working on Big Data/Distributed systems.
