About the Role
A unique opportunity now exists for an experienced Team Lead/Practice Manager to join our growing team.

You will provide administrative leadership and operational management for the clinic and work closely alongside the Clinic Director, Business/Operations Manager and the Clinical Coordinator with the aim of ensuring that the clinic presents positivity, efficiency and professionalism within our community.


Responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Taking the lead on managing the administrative day to day operations within the Client Services Team (including but not limited to bookings, accounts, liaison and enquiries)
  • Overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
  • Leading, supporting and mentoring the Client Services Team
  • Proactively collaborating within the Leadership Team
  • Solution focused management of client matters and booking enquiries
  • Management of client databases and files
  • Contributing to team development and team building initiatives such as quarterly 'Team Days' and professional development events

Further Details

  • You will need to be able to demonstrate significant experience working in a similar role.
  • We are flexible with start dates
  • The role is full time and there could be some flexibility around start and finish times.
  • Remuneration will be reflective of experience.
