With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology direct to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team and drive efficient and effetive marketing campaign production.

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, Philippines and Bahamas.

The marketing team is responsible for growing brand awareness, running effective performance marketing activity, and delivering automated CRM programmes to improve client retention.

The team also works collaboratively with the Sales, Partners, and IT teams to continually deliver improvements in client and partner experience and to also provide team members with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.

Purpose of the Position

The Production Manager will act as the main project manager for the coordination of marketing resources in the support of the campaigns, promotional activity, and events.

Working with designers, copy writers, content producers and the CRM team, you will help translate business ideas and campaigns into work for the marketing team.

This position requires a person with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, attention to detail, high standards and a strong organisational foundation to coordinate projects and resources to meet deadlines.

You will need to have well developed interpersonal skills to manage competing priorities, resourcing and personalities that span multiple geographic time zones.

This position will report into the Head of Marketing Operations in the Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely delivery of marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for aligned and timely asset delivery.
Oversee production of various marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
Implement, then continuously improve production processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.
Collaborate across departments to align production with business objectives.
Work with the partnership marketing team to produce new creative assets across a variety of channels.
Role modelling the values of the Company, and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role.

Skills and experience you bring to this role

Minimum of 4 years' experience in a production manager, project management or similar role
Experience in using a work management platform (Jira, Asana, Monday)
Welldeveloped communication skills are essential in our business
An interest in or personal experience in trading, FX or general finance
