Area Manager - Aftermarket Service at our Perth Branch.

As the
Area Manager - Aftermarket Service at our Perth Branch, you will be responsible for:

Providing strong leadership to the Aftermarket Service teams promoting excellence in customer service while maximising growth opportunities.
Executing innovative operational plans to exceed operational KPI's while maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging creative solutions, and driving positive change initiatives.
Promoting collaboration across the organisation to enhance overall performance and further improve our Customer Experience.

Roster:
Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day.

About You:

Diploma of Management or strong post qualification experience within a similar role
Proven leadership and people management experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders
Highly developed commercial business acumen skills with the ability to successfully manage budgets, data analysis and compile reports.
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
Advanced communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
