About the opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Talent and Acquisition and providing administrative support to the wider Recruitment team, the Recruitment Coordinator will be involved with initiating pre-employment checks via various e-platforms that include Police and Probity Checks.

They will also finalise recruitment processes with the initiation of onboarding activities.

As an integral part of the Recruitment team, the Recruitment Coordinator will support the team by providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective support to the recruitment function and assist on specific projects as required.

About you

  • You will respond flexibly to client needs; provides advice in area of expertise; liaises regularly with stakeholders; makes specific changes in work methods to improve outcomes, quality and timeliness of service; monitors stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to gain the cooperation of people at all levels and deal with confidential and sensitive issues with a high level of tact, discretion and judgement.
  • Tertiary qualification or current study in a HR field (or related disciple) would be desirable, and/or experience working in a People and Culture function.
