Work with the Clinical Centre Nursing Team to provide clinical support for all clinics:


  • Located at Royal Park Campus

Part time - 16 hours week Tuesday and Thursdays

  • The Royal Melbourne Hospital Sub-Acute Ambulatory Care Services (SACS) encompasses, the Direct Access Unit (DAU), Post-Acute Care Services and Community Therapy Services (CTS) and the Clinical Centre. The Clinical Centre Multidisciplinary Services are Persistent Pain, Chronic Wound, Continence, Cognitive Dementia and Memory, Falls and Balance, and Young Adults Transition Service. The Clinical Centre also provides operational and clinical support for MBS clinics Rehabilitation Medicine, Pain psychiatry and GEM Clinic.

Your new role:


  • Works as part of the Clinical Centre nursing team to provide clinical support to the Multidisciplinary Clinicians within Clinical Centre
  • Primary role to provide nursing support for the Continence Urodynamic Service
  • Supports and cares for our patients and their carers to ensure they experience a safe and positive clinical experience
  • Works as part of the SACS team to provide a safe, positive, productive & efficient workplace.

About you:


  • You are a Medication Endorsed EN
  • Experience in or willingness to learn phlebotomy, MSUs, vital signs, bladder scans, medication preparation and wound care.
  • Experience in catheterization and/or continence care beneficial
  • You are flexible, adaptable and good at problem solving
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have a level of reliability and professional conduct
  • Maintain Infection, Quality, MH P&P and National Standards
  • Collect timely and accurate data
  • Provide clinical support to clinicians and patients attending SACS Clinics
