Eye Philosophy is an independent optometry practice built upon over 40+ years of excellence in eye health and ocular wellness.

We want to continue on delivering to our patients by adding another Optical Dispenser to our growing team. This role is full time, no late nights or Sundays.


Skills and Experience

  • Previous sales experience in retail is highly valued.
  • Experience within the Optical Industry and a Cert. 4 in dispensing is highly preferable
  • Ability to style/pair eyewear based on the client's needs/wants
  • Good problem solver
  • Disciplined, fast learner with a curious attitude about eyecare
  • Effective communicator (i.e. adapting and tailoring the way you approach different people)
  • Confident, friendly, and empathetic
  • Genuine interest in caring for people
