About the Role


As a Business Analyst (Graduate), you will assist the Business Improvement team to ensure that all compliance requirements of operational programmes are documented, maintained and managed via clear documentation, system controls and exception reporting.

You will identify improvements to streamline the business processes and system functionality, document current and future state processes and draft system specifications to drive continuous improvement whilst meeting compliance obligations.


This role will be based in our Adelaide CBD office and is being offered on a full time ongoing basis.

About You

  • Strong performing university graduate (IT, Business, or similar) or related experience
  • Strategic thinker with highlevel analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to connect the dots
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in business improvement, process mapping, business analysis or project management.
  • Ability to work well both in teams and independently, possessing a high level of initiative
  • Willingness to understand complex government contracts and guidelines and track the compliance requirements against business processes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to define and document system requirements and specifications and understand the broader business impact to support with prioritisation
  • Excellent computer literacy, including strong experience with Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the employment and community services industry or a willingness to learn

You will also be required to:

  • Hold a current driver's licence and possess a willingness to undertake intra-state/interstate travel as required.

Remuneration
A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
