The role with us

As Fibre Program Lead, play an integral role in the successful delivery projects in your Program.

You use your expert specialist skills in project and stakeholder management to enable programs and projects to optimise delivery and meet customer expectations.

You are a key contributor to program planning, scheduling, and management reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Use your deep expertise in program financial management to ensure program delivery aligns with Telstra Financial Management policies, processes, tools and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders, and significantly contribute to planning and scheduling program work.

Using appropriate tools such as:
MS Project, excel, APEX to support this work.

  • Complete program administration activities to enable effective delivery, including (but not limited to): contract management, SOWs, time sheeting, reporting.
  • Active contribution to the development of Major Projects team culture.
  • Model continuous professional and personal growth and showcasing learning from experience in relation your specialist skill area and broader program enablement capabilities.
  • Use confident and effective communication to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, leaders, team members and delivery partners to build engagement and deliver winwin outcomes on Telstra priorities
  • Leverage organisational memory and lessons learned to improve Telstra and customer outcomes, particularly in relation to your specialist skill area
